Stays at The Gray Barn are a benefit to current members of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary.

If you aren't a member, please visit woodstocksanctuary.org/membership to become one before booking! Please send us an email at info@thegraybarn.org if you have any questions.

Tours

Tours of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary are available every week for guests staying at The Gray Barn, regardless of the Sanctuary’s public visiting season. We will email you the week of your stay with available tour times for you to join.

If our available tour times do not align with your stay, you are welcome to join a tour before you check in or after you check out. All guests are permitted to walk the grounds of the Sanctuary during their stay (see During Your Stay page for more information).

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

• Guest Cancellation: Payments are 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to the start of your stay, and not refundable after that point. A forfeited deposit may be re-classified as a tax-deductible donation to Woodstock Farm Sanctuary if the booking must be canceled unexpectedly.
• Rescheduling reservations: All Bookings are final. Due to the limited availability at The Gray Barn we are unable to accommodate requests for stay date changes. Please be sure of your stay dates before booking!
• Severe Weather: In the instance of severe weather or hazardous travel conditions as determined by The National Weather Service, which causes you to cancel your reservation, you may opt for a 50 % refund or a 100% credit toward a rescheduled booking.

Check-In & Check Out

• Check-In instructions will be e-mailed to you 48 hours before your stay. Please read and keep this e-mail as it contains important information on accessing your room.
• You may check in any time after 3 PM on the date of your reservation. We are unable to to accommodate early check-in requests.
• Please check out by 11 AM on the day your reservation ends.

Children

When booking individual room stays, The Gray Barn welcomes families with children over the age of 12 years old. However, children of all ages are welcome when you book the entire inn for a full rental stay. For questions regarding our child policy please contact info@thegraybarn.org.

Pets

For the comfort and safety of our guests and rescued animals, no companion animals except service animals are allowed on Woodstock Farm Sanctuary property. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact The Gray Barn office info@thegraybarn.org.

Food

We are a 100% vegan organization. Out of respect for our rescued animal residents please do not bring any non-vegan food into your room or on the property. If you have any questions about this, please email info@thegraybarn.org and we will be more than happy to help.
